The intensive training week for trainers continued in Kutaisi, Georgia

the intensive training week for trainers continued in Kutaisi, Georgia. The day was filled with engaging topics and lively discussions.
Training session 1: Sustainability in Tourism
We explored the concepts of sustainable tourism and discussed how to effectively implement practices that consider social, environmental, and economic aspects.
Training session 2: Tourism Stakeholders
The session focused on analyzing the interactions and influence of various stakeholders in tourism, such as local communities, travel agencies, and governmental organizations.
Training session 3: Trends and Changing Customer Behavior in Tourism
We examined current trends and new preferences of tourists, who are increasingly opting for eco-friendly and unique destinations. The group work enabled us to develop strategies for future adaptation to new trends and challenges in sustainable tourism.
To wrap up this productive day, an excursion was organized to Sataplia Cave and Nature Reserve, a unique natural reserve known for its impressive karst caves and dinosaur footprints. The tour allowed us to immerse ourselves in ancient history and enjoy the breathtaking views from the panoramic observation deck. The walk along the glass bridge over the gorge became the highlight of the excursion and left us with unforgettable emotions.
We would like to thank Akaki Tsereteli State University for their warm hospitality and excellent conditions for hosting the training sessions!
